At FIRMAN Power Equipment, we want you to feel as confident in your wardrobe as you do in your performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
